MoP Future of Twinks?

Hey there. So it may be too early to tell but looking at the talent calculators and what info has been given out so far, do you think low level twinking will still be possible/popular when the new expansion comes out? The reason I'm asking is I'm debating if it's worth making a new low level twink or if the new expansion is going to kill twinking. Would love to hear your input!

10-14/15-19/20-24/35-39/45-49 Brackets will never/shouldnt die just because of that (your playing against people your Level so, Shouldnt make a diffrents, and so what if u have to re-learn how to pvp.)

It will change the playstyle ofmost classes but it won't affect our desire to twink.

If current rogue talents and abilities make it in the final release, it will kill the usefulness of any 19 rogue. Losing shadowstep, sprint, and backstab is unsurvivable at 19. /tear

It seems every major patch they're buffing s-keying for hunters T.T, the shitty hunters will get that bonus slow and the good ones won't need it and opt for the extra damage

I gotta say, I'm pretty excited. With major shakeups in talents, abilities, and (if we're really lucky) an expansion stat squish, plus baseline resilience, I'm looking forward to what almost every bracket will encounter. And the cool part is that we won't have to wait too long -- they'll institute the mechanics changes in the patch before the expansion, so the next patch will show us the goods.

Twinks took a hit in cata, there is no denying that. 29s and 39s used to get daily pops and 29s is dead and 39s has to schedule games. 59s used to schedule games and now theyre dead as well. The problem is there are so few people that are making new twinks (that dont have twinks already I mean) that theres not enough new blood to keep the brackets alive. More people are quitting the twinks for endgame (who can blame them, endgame has been very fun this expansion unlike wrath) than there are joining them. Now will MoP change that? Possibly. If they endgame is horrible you might see people giving twinks a try, if not I think they will continue on the steady decline though.

On the flip side, since resil is becoming baseline and since Blizz said they would like to balance low lvl pvp, that could very well draw in a lot of folks and twinking could become huge again. I sure hope thats what happens =)
