I would recommend getting Gnomish and just finding someone that is goblin and have them make the boots for you. The boots are BoE and don't require goblin engineering to use.
Could i get a really fast explanation on why gnomish?
I was honestly looking at goblin for all of the bombs (counter blink, ShS, all sorts of things).
Also because I plan on moving to 60 after awhile, and the goblin stun resist helmet looks nice.
The death ray is srsly one bad @ss trinket, back in the day i had 4k crits out of that baby. But yeah if you are going to move up, the goblin stuff starts to look better with mining helmet, and rocket launcher trinkets.
