60 Twink Bracket - Questions

Harro.

So I searched the interwebs for information regarding twinking nowadays and I didn't really get what I wanted, therefore I am making this thread. I'll just swarm this thread with questions. Oh and yeah, last time I played was early wotlk.

First of all, is there actually any active 60 twinks out there? If so, how is the PvP and which servers are most populated with them? (Darksorrow, Vashj, Frostwhisper by any chance?) How is the queues? Which battlegrounds is playable and mostly played? And how has the battlegrounds changed? How has the game mechanicas changed generally?
I read something about outdoor PvP but how does that work out? Also, what is "RND battlegrounds", "open PvP", "Wargames" or something, and does skrimish still exist? Or any kind of arenas? In that case, how many players? 2v2 etc.
And whats up with guilds? Ranks and all that shit. Does it matter for your gameplay in any way?

I have a lot more questions, but just give me the basics. Though, you're obviously welcome to give me more specific information regarding anything really.

If EU then...
Yes. Deck Me Out is the place to go for PVE. Most active in Europe by far and clear all content on a weekly basis. Just Search 'Deck Me Out' on youtube; theres a tonne of videos. Battleground queues are anywhere from 3 minutes to 'unavailable' depending on the day/time. Lately they have popped every half hour or so. It's not very balanced though, mages and rogues do insane damage and 64's are annoying as hell. Warsong Gulch is the only battleground that has came up; for me atleast; in 2012; and I queue daily now. I am unaware of a server that currently does 'world pvp'. Deck Me Out occaisionally do wargames, however don't do a great deal of pvp to be honest. Wargames is practically the same as skirmish except you know who you're fighting. Rank 25 guilds are nice but I can't see it having much impact on gameplay.

BGs were popping quiet well,aunaiviable is just @the morning and thea early afternoon!After work its often <5min queue time.Only abou 20 ppl queuing daily in average,10 for both sides!So only WSG pops,sometimes ab or Eye.AV not!Its immo just a onehit-fest,just queue with Guildys and Friends and it makes a lot more fun!

On Outland we founded a new Guild (r25) and we have enaugh Open PvP,due we are Horde on a high populated Ally-Server =P Its funny!

Refering to Sayune now; would you recommend moving to Outlands? I'm quite keen on getting some Wargames, outdoor pvp and generally just duels vs 60s.
If so, do you mind giving me some information?

on US kelthuzad theres are sevral twink guilds both ally/horde for wat u want to do like wargames and such u could proly just find some ppl and set it up like a few friends and i did a 2s wargame tourn bg will pop depending on the time of day though every day there will be at least 3-4 bgs poppin
