I know what it feels like. Exact same thing on my server. At first it was funny seeing the guards kill the guy who killed me but now its plain annoying. Can't even by a suit from the vendor T_T

When you have the quest, which gives achivement upon completion, all you have to do is stand inside the light on Omen's dead body and then you complete the quest.

That light is the "glow thingy"
