BiS 20 swords rogue?

Let the guy play what he wants golden! Getting so tired of seeing cookie cutter BiS... I mean yeah it's BiS but it's like I don't mind him playing swords rogue it sounds like fun! When you say swords though, are you willing to include axes/maces?? Axe of the Enforcer is probably pretty nice for a rogue that wants slow weapons pre BoA
This.

Not quite sure I want to drop dual SF for this.

At least not yet.

Edit: I actually am thinking about fury warrior. can anyone attest to it at all? It is something new for me.

War is general is really fun. Fury burst can be incredible, but they are heavily heals dependent. In MoP, they are getting big gap closing buffs, so that's a nice thing to look forward to.

As a bonus, Prot War is easily the best tank for quick randoms because of their ridiculous dungeon DPS, and randoms are one of the biggest headaches of gearing in the bracket.

Well, Rogues aren't for tanking and they sure as hell aren't for healing. So, yes, they actually are for damage, lol. I understand what you are trying to say about utility, but you basically diarrhea'd out of your mouth trying to articulate your thought.

I am googling around for these warrior changes, it sounds interesting.

I don't mean to diss, because I think low level pvp runs on a completely diametric definition of skill to end game (IE, movement, LoS, exceptional emphasis on teamwork) ... but I have played so much high level rogue, the limitations of low level rogues bore me slightly. (Before you argue, talk to be about ShD\vanish 'combat' sapping, @arena redirect \ DT pushback, stun chaining on multitarget, etc.. it just feels so more vast).

However, I have never ever played a warrior, so it would all be new and exciting.

@ lebowski

Rogues are not for damage.

In fact.. previous #1 rogue, reckful, made multiple videos / posts about rogues not being for damage.

Look up control by reckful, 2x warglaives 2v2..

World of roguecraft, beating r14'ers with skinning knife.

Look at some of the old neilyo & akrios videos, look at the CC of evolas.

Yes, rogues have amazing burst potential.. but the true highlight & epitome of rogue gameplay lies in it's CC, not its burst.

It's extremely simplified. The perk of that simplicity is that you can master almost every class with very little play time, as long as your player skills (positional awareness, some focus macros) are up to par. Many of the arena players of this bracket roll many or all of the classes because of the small investment required to make a competitive char, and that ease of play.

Could I possibly get a link to these warrior gap-closers?

Cliffnotes for MoP Warriors:

Fury loses Piercing Howl, MS generates rage instead of consumes it. 2H Arms > 2H Fury.

Charge in combat. Can charge twice before incurring CD (20s CD).

Thank you very much <3

Much obliged.

I saw the calculator, but wasn't sure if that is what was being referenced.

First off let me say you need to stop comparing 20s to endgame pvp or even 70s pvp/arenas. I cannot emphasize this enough.

The 2 are completely different. Yes at endgame rogues are utility and not straight dmg.

However at this bracket rogues are all about shock and awe burst dmg highlighting that dmg with their CC since like golden said full HP in a single 1.5 sec cast is a *****. Your priority should always be your burst however.

I agree with shau play what you like and think is fun but you need to stop confusing this bracket with endgame and 70s.

Oh and I missed it but warriors are fun as **** despite how OP they are and will only get way more fun when pandas infest the realms my good man

Yeah my mistake meant to say underpowered
<

But in some regaurds they are OP if you look at dmg
