Holy toledo, I'd freak out, too. There are old school 49s who spent more time farming that ring than most twinks spent building an entire gearset. Hundreds of runs. And that was back when farming that ring was "easier" than it would be now (since relic coffer keys no longer last outside of BRD).

Do these items still grant both lots of stats? Or is it like the Unearthed Bands who only grant the base amount once equipped even if they show the additional stats (like the suffix "of the Monkey")?
If you won the item can you equip and check you are benefiting from both lots of stats?

I had it equipped up until level 70, that shit gives a LOT of stats. Yes, I got the benefit from all of the stats.

i was farming these rings + fire opal necklace on my 49 rogue solo.
all i had to do was buy coffer keys and burn some well-timed-sprint + around-the-corner-vanish. sometimes also had to kill some dogs then vanish.
then just abuse LoS to open all the coffers without being seen by that dwarf + his hound.
too bad i deleted him for too long and they can't restore him (deleted characters below 50 gets purged from the system after like 3 months of inactivity)
