I can't link you anything. But I could try to help you by just using text..it's easier if you saw a video of someone doing it or if someone actually showed you. But, Vind and I were taking turns trying, I would throw the flame and he would tame. But I actually threw the flame and did it solo (since he was on ally atm and alliance can't pick up quest.)
Basically just time your tame. See how long it takes, the boar dies after 5 secs or 7 seconds. So time your tame accordingly RIGHT on the dot when it dies. When you are ready, throw the flame, start taming, and at about 1 sec or the last few moments of the tame, spam the revive pet button. If it worked, it would have had a ding, like you were leveling and it will disappear right away, and it will still have a flame.
Credits go to Vindera for compiling most of the information from the interwebz and wowheadz. =D Hopefully I helped a bit.
I did it solo on the second toss. It's really easy. Have the boar closest to the troth targeted and in taim range. Then click your torch. there really isn't a delay on a torch flying through the air, so the troth just goes up in flame. Not quite 1 sec later start taiming. Just before taim is done start taping your revive pet. The boar should disapear but revive will still be casting. If the boar is gone but the revive is still working the boar should pop beside you on flame. Lol I named mine <HickorySmoke> because Blizz wouldn't let me have <BBQ>
