Warrior gearing advice

Hi all,



Can anyone provide me an armory link to a BIS warrior post cata? I stopped playing a few years back and am a little clueless given all the gear changes. I'd prefer to play arms if that matters. I checked out the guide section but am not sure how updated it is. Any advice on gear is appreciated and I hope to see you soon in BGs! Here is my armory link:

Ya, my pride and joy. Somehow snagged it off AH for 150g. Sadly, from first impressions, it seems the BOA axe might be superior now, unless I'm mistaken. I really hope I'm mistaken...

Sadly you are not. PoD becomes a nice armory piece (got one on my 39 Pally as well).

Well, atleast we can transmog it

I know warriors aren't the most effective class at 39, but someone out there has to be able to shoo me in the right direction!

Awesome! Thanks Mrcer. I noticed you have put a 1H and shield for weapons. Are 2H warriors that dreadful in this bracket?

It's not that, The DPS character sheet that i gave you is Prot DPS; Prot is the only spec that has a stun, incombat charge, and overall the best survival/DPS. That's why I have the Sword n Board.

Only issue with that is that you can't you wont be able to.

I have been crapped on by warpot on more than one occasion sadly. Get a glad level player on a 39 arms warrior and they can do some damage, but they will die A LOT! Just like Buch did tonight.

No, unfortunately I never felt the need to get it when I was active. Thanks everyone for the contributions. I'm going to gear him up and give it a go. Look forward to playing with and against you guys.

how would you change these with grandfathered gear?

I've got an old prot warrior that still has bags full of jungle remedy =( that would be fun to regear if this bracket gets going enough again that it pops when i'm online.
