LF 24 Boomkin BiS setup

    • I am making a 24 Boomkin for a second twink and want to know what gear is absolute Best In Slot in all areas please. I am access to all BoA's and I am willing to start this toon on Ally side to get any gear I need that isn't available to Horde then faction change over. Thank you for any help on this

    He sorta looks to be in FC gear more then pure balance, but most of the things to get are pretty obvious.

    Maybe Tome of Dawn instead of Furbolg? (http://www.wowhead.com/item=43654) Since Hotshot is very rare, unless you have a pair I'd also suggest Gloves of the Hero from horde side. (http://www.wowhead.com/item=65701) Oh and also belt of the high shaman maybe from STV and when you faction from the same quest is also a nice pair of cloth crit boots that I would find to be slightly better then Acidic Walkers. I've factioned my paladin, and I can confirm this quest is repeatable.

    http://www.wowhead.com/item=57477 is BiS for casters switch to leather http://www.wowhead.com/item=61942 then get leather bracers of eagle and double eagle rings 7/6 intellect being 7 BiS. The rest is fine but when insignia is down switch to AGM also you may want to consider going engineering for: http://www.wowhead.com/item=10518 get http://www.wowhead.com/item=28274 on it for some scenarios to counter any and all nature/arcane resistances. Also get +4 stats on chest (not +100 hp unless you are FCing).

    I salute you for taking a spec i've never seen in this bracket. And although you may not be able to turn into a giant chicken you will always be one in my hearth. (That sounds weird.....dont mind me its late>.<)
     
    i personally would use the boa staff> mh/oh for the crit. As offense especially crit is extremely helpful because at this level thats what you rely on. Or just have a gear switch depending on the situation. But personally i would go with the staff
     
    I got the BoA staff. I also heard Boomkin form will be available at level 24 for Pandaria. Who knows how accurate this is though.

    Both are poor choices. Minor speed is so pointless in 24s if you're not a rogue. and even then, it's not that great.
