Dagger: Sharpended Scarlet Kris (using this for the 4 stam and 3 resilience)
Offhand: Furbolg Medicine Pouch (+10 stam. Same stam as staff, except fitted into an offhand)
Bracer: Mindthrust Bracers +9 stam (more armor/int)
Chest: Mystic's Robe +100hp (1 more stam)
Wand: Firebelcher (1 more stam 1 more int)
Belt: Enumerated Wrap of Stamina (4 more stam)
Leg Enchant: Medium Armor Kit +16 armor (if you didn't have this yet)
So in total this will give you +10 more stamina (in relation to your current HP in that chardev)

as a mage fc youll be kiting a lot which is why minor speed is a must
personally id use gsoj + suppressor's wand to cap
setup 1: slippers of unturned loyalities, ellos band, dagger+offhand and firebelcher
this gives: 27 stam, 3 resil, 6 int and 7 hit
setup 2: spidersilk boots, second argas ring, grand staff of jordan and wind rider wand
this gives: 25 stam, 15 int, 6 resil, 8 hit and also 39 spellpower
wouldn't the extra 3 resil be better than the 2 stam given? you're also getting a lot of spellpower and mana

Hurrx, you are incorrect. in theory minor speed is relevant, but the fact of the matter is, any situation where you can't effectively kite with blink, you're not going to survive anyways. (i'm assuming for the sake of conversation that you're frost btw.)
to summarize: in order for minor speed to be relevant for fc'ing -OUTSIDE OF CROSSING MID-, you will need dispels which doesn't exist in the bracket.

-Switch seal of slyvanas with seal of argas, and wear ellos band if you can get it from alliance, if not then use garrosh's pardon.
-Use Godfrey's britches with +16 armor kit instead of Sacred Burial Trousers.
-Use Wind Rider Wand/Supressors wand instead of fireblecher.
-Use Serpent Gloves with 10 Haste, instead of Jutebraid gloves.
-Use the BoA insignia and one agm, then switch the insignia out for another agm when it's on CD.
-If you're fcing then use minor speed boots untill four stack debuff then use a pair of Spidersilk boots with +7 stam.
-If you're Not fcing, minor speed is always a must on D.
