why do i need chain for PVE, and why is shard better than the brutal dagger? just curious

If you're doing PvE, why have a pvp piece? And chain isn't good for PvE at all, but it could be used because it gives hit, while accuracy ench would be better ; giving crit and hit.

Armory me if you want BiS PvE. Just replace my gloves with Gloves of Immortal Dusk.

And the Dagger (Shard) because the AP on it is 66 while yours is at 38 w/ 7 haste and 22 crit, it won't replace the AP you gain from Shard+the Fire elemental hits.
