75-79 Twinking (Exist)?

I wouldn't say twinking is available per say. By twinking i mean, freezing your xp and going against others with xp locked. For my battlegroup there were 0 queues in 4 hours with xp locked 79. However there is semi twinking, as in you buy a full set of cata BoE's for your toon and essentially solo farm the entire BG till everyone /afk's.
I've seen a full cata geared 79 dk with around 80k health and could 1 shot everyone. It's fun for a bit while you level but no stable BG's. Just do it for a bit then you'll eventually get to 80 and you can use that cata gear to start dungeoning anyways.
This is how it is in battegroup, i can't say about others but i would assume somewhere theres a few 79s who do BGs..

myself and other members of beats on fourteens are making 79 twinks for PvE here on medivh. if some people make horde ones we could attempt for wsg etc the same way we have with 10's. give it a shot!
