[EU] where to reroll for premades?

Atm I play on Stormreaver EU, but as I am the only twink, I feel kind of lonely

and I would like to play along with other twinks, and do premades and stuff. But because I can't afford to transfer, I would like where to know where I should roll my new twink, I would like a server with an active twink guild, that does premades, and where I might be able to get some help
