Can i get a Chardev of the BiS Haste gear for a lvl 10 haste twink?

but with the global cd, going under 1 sec is redundant

I wouldn't say that, you becoming impossible to kick is pretty nice imo

ye, not redudnent, but like once u hit 1 sec, you cant really get faster with global cds

haste will still be good if it knocks spells faster than gcd due to being able to position yourself faster which also is key for mages trying to kite

yes, also fire is best spec for haste stacking, as you are able to spam pyro now with a like 1.2 sec cast

well yes, however if you spam pyro fro max range, you wouldn't need to kite them (PVP) wisr

yes but how do u get to max range as fire nobody with a brain will let a caster get that far away

well are we talking about bgs? cause thats easy to get to max range. wargames? all ready at max range. duels? frost nova run to max range... etc

well it wont be hard to catch up or LoS the pyroblast, unless its midfield in a bg of course where you can crutch on treestumps

with frost nova being like 5 sec, unless you trink the nova, the mage can statrt at the full 40 yards, and spam 1 sec pyros

well who wouldnt trinket the nova against a fire mage if you knew you wouldnt have to use it on smth else
