Can you still get these?

I have two questions:



1) I saw the 4stats to ring enchant on some of the characters in the armory library, can you still get your enchanting that high a level at 39 for that to be possible?



2) Tidal charm is on the grandfathered list, I checked wowhead and it seems to think it's not; I didn't find any comments on the wowhead page dismissing it as a removed item either. Can I get confirmation that it's either still obtainable or grandfathered?

I can't independently verify #1, but I'm sure someone else can. I don't believe it works anymore, however.

As far as #2 goes, it's grandfathered.

From what I know the ring enchants too have a level req. now, so even though they're there.. they won't benefit from the stats.

1) The ring enchants DO still work fine. I have them and get the stats. However, you can no longer train 375 enchanting at our level and hence it is now grandfathered. (It was only available for a short time frame).

That would mean you would be able to train 375 engineering aswell, so are there active queing 39s with the goblin rocket launched and gnomish poulryizer then?

You was never able to get 375 engineering from my knowledge, it was just a strange quirk they decided on for enchanting.

tidal charm was grandfathered in the shattering. i was hurrying to finish up a 49 at the time and was comparing a lot of gear on wowhead with the ptr files, and couldn't find it on the ptr wowhead even though the mob still exists. i reported it on the 49 board and either i or bwappo reported it on this one, sorry you didn't see it in time.
