Is it better to kill Saltscale Oracles or farm chests for this?

Using it on a 20 Protection Warrior.

I got 2 magician mantles from farming 80 lion meats at hillsbrad foothills. Good luck I guess. It took about 200-250 lions to kill. Like arknoodle said, chest farming is best way to get it. And dungeon runs won't hurt.
