70 twink warlock

  • Oy vey, happy end of winter vacation!

I'm looking to level an old warlock I was playing awhile back to the bracket as an alt. I like a lot of the cloth gear, and also *really* want a mirror of Ruby Shades quite badly.

I've been told that warlocks suck until ~BiS; and in the random dungeons, I've been scoring close to last on all of the recount charts - then again, maybe I just suck at warlock.

So, I'm looking for any tips people would be willing to provide about warlock play in the 70's bracket.

Armories would be cool, or educational links.

I'm friends with a warlock, he is crazy good, but just absolutely rolls people. It looks like good fun.

    Thanks in advance!

so i have a lvl 71 lock i was gonna go 70 but the server im on is so dead that no one does anything ever. so is the lock a lost cause? or could i go to 72 or w/e for seed of corrupt?.

id go high on resil - sure there are many situations in which you don't need it, but rogues absolutely love to open on you as a warlock..

aff and destro are both nice, but i feel like aff usually has way more synergy when playing with others - destro is more of my ****-around spec, or when i want to knock people offa LM with a succubus pet, its kinda a poor man's frost mage

    here is my warlock: http://us.battle.net...Dorygoon/simple

i couldnt see much use for seed outside of the silly big fights that happen in av

you should make a chardev for 71 w/ brutal hat and 72 w/ the nice goggles and see which u like more

it isnt a lost cause at all, you will just lose a couple % of res/haste/crit
