Transfer - last minute tips

So yeah, gonna transfer realm and faction in about 30 minutes so any last minute tips/anything I could have possibly forgotten to do?

Make sure u have 300g



Make sure u have a bank full of items u can sell on your xfer realm for more gold



If possible raid your old guilds gbank for items u can sell (assuming ur in a guild full of 85s)

You can get suspended for that, did a couple years ago, few day ban and bank was reimbursed.
 
Wouldnt xfering from an alliance healer/fc to a horde healer/fc be kind of counter-productive? Horde has like more healers than dps, if not at least equal, alliance has hardly any. Unless ur xfering for quest items and stuff then I could understand it.

Yea feel bad for abandoning all the great alloance players, but a man gotta do what a man gotta do. Joined horde because wanted to join a friends guild, we are planning to get it premade ready some beautiful day!
 
If you feel like a free name transfer, create a char with your existing name on the realm you're soon to be on.
 
Nice thinking there, but I think I would have had the chance to change name anyways when I was customising my char to horde

This is true, when you xfer a character or faction change it or both you get a free name change. Oh and race change also includes a name change. So if anyone is thinking of buying a name change and also wants a new race etc, you would save money by not purchasing the name change and just getting it for free with the other service
