Need help with Warrior FC set

To be honest it is pretty tricky cause you can get more health but less mitigation. Even as FC I still think you should try to attain hitcap, so switching in Baelogs for your ranged puts you perfectly at cap but is it worth the small loss of stats/mitigation?

You could have less mitigation and use Legguards of the Vault but that has agi on it, but may allow you to get back stats elsewhere whilst still being hitcapped. My advice would be take the more health route where possible but try to get hitcapped as you do it. This may be easier said than done, I have not spent a great deal of time experimenting with each set.

If you are going FC it might be worth going Alchemy instead of Herbalism for the Mixology buff. I believe it works for Elixirs etc, so if you are running buffed it may improve your overall health. Herbalism haste is pretty useless and the heal is nice but small (not sure of exact amount, that may affect the final decision).

True, I will get alchemy

Changed bow and it looks good.

You've probably already considered these but heres some max stam items anyways.

Revelosh's gloves of the monkey(19stam), Necromancer leggings(21stam), Hypnotic blade(11stam), Outrider's bow(6stam), Enduring cap(24stam), and of course theres green lens of stamina lol.

A second ring of stam and AGM trinket are an option, along with Heart of noxxion.

Anyways, your set looks good

Engineering is a nice way to go simply because of the thorium grenades. It's nice to toss out extra stuns while you are still running. Plus it also opens the door for the stamina lens. Also remember, the voodoo robe gives you useless stats. The Scarlet Chestpeice offers 19 stamina, 8 strength and can still be chanted with 150 hp.

If you are going for max hp then copy my pally (or scer) and add hypnotic blade, outrider's bow, and be a cow. Depends on what you are going for really. I don't have boar's speed on my boots because about 90% of the time I am either sapped or slowed.

This is 100% BiS with gear that is currently available to players:

When traveling across midfield or you are kiting/running from people, You will always want to use Green Whelp Armor(Chest) with +150 HP Enchantment. When you do not have 4+ Flag Debuff, use Revelosh Boots of Stamina(13 Stam) with +12 Stam Enchantment. When your PvP Trinket is on cooldown, you will want to use Heart of Noxxion.

Nature Resistance is incredibly valuable in the 39 bracket with the mass amount of rogues. Resisting a Wound/Crippling poison, especially wound poison after the buff, is game breaking for a Prot Warrior. Tauren is the best racial do to the hp buff, nature resistance, and the AoE Stun. Also, being hit cap is very important. You cannot afford to miss a Heroic Throw(Silence), Stun, Thunderclap, or a Rend on rogues in case they try to Ambush/Eviscerate/Vanish/Ambush/Eviscerate you. And thats just rogues. Boomkins are deadly in the right hands, and not to mention a hunter's DoT. There's a laundry list of reasons to stack Nature Resist. Oh lets not forget The Green tower's Proc. With Heart of Noxx trinket, racial resist, cloak enchantment, and shield proc; that'll put ur nature resist at 111. If you get hit by a crippling poison with that then I'll be damned.

EDIT: A prot warrior @lvl 39 shouldnt be stacking stamina. Prot Paladins can pull it off due to majority of the max stam items give int/SP which is something that is equally valuable as Armor/Avoidance is to Warriors. Warriors should focus less on getting max stam and more on getting Hitcapped, Avoidance, and Armor; Not to mention Nature Resistance. Warriors dont have cleanse like paladins do, paladins can spam cleanse to remove poisons while warriors are useless to remove it. Since they cannot remove it, they must prevent it.

EDIT2: When AGM is on CD will want to use Heart of Noxxion Trinket. So make sure you have two Heart of Noxxion Trinkets.

150 armor vs 60 health is a toughie. I honestly do not know. I completely spaced Leggings of the Verdant Oasis.

EDIT: So without Oasis leggings, the armor is at 3558(Reduces Physical Damage Taken by 48.92%) and 4659 Health.

EDIT: With Oasis Leggings, the Armor is at 3440(Reduces Physical Damage Taken by 48.08%) and 4719 Health.

I'm not fit to tell which is better.

My holy set gives me almost 40% nature resistance. It's really nice against rogues and roots (since we don't have freedom anymore at this level).

I will gather all I need for that Chardev

But I won't go Tauren since I'm goblin atm and don't want to pay the fee. I also strongly like the rocket jump!

Very fun to use

Thanks for all the replies everyone. You have been to much help

Looks like without the Oasis Leggings (i.e. keeping LotV) is slightly more effective health overall. I would prob go with that.

Also if you want a little bit more info on propper positioning/tactics/etc on FCing(it was more-or-less directed for prot paladins) than go here http://www.twinkinfo...post__p__224113

Just scroll down a little until you get to this:

Now I am going to talk about Positioning when you are on D and O(but primarily on D since this is where you will be most of the time)
