http://www.wowhead.com/item=52000#reward-from-q says its a min lvl 24 req and u start getting them in Gnomeregan randoms. before i level 5x toons to lvl 34 and and try to get bag on 24, has anyone tryed this and can say it works? to save me time?

i have tried had a 34 queue with me and it said not possible or some BS like that. So imo it may work if you have a 33 level in middle of the queue. Maybe it might work. Have not tried it out.
Another way is to lock Xp at 33 and have 1 24 maybe it might (most likely not though). Who knows what will work.

kk, ill test a few methods, try a few differnt lvl toons to que up with, see wat happens.
This does not work because level 24's cant join gnomer through randoms, only by selecting the actuall dungeon. Look at the dice thing when you random que and it should show stockades and bfd, not Gnomer. So its impossible to get the upper end satchel
