As a 19 Gnome Warlock, I just tried to apply Scroll of Enchant Chest - Super Stats to a Formal Dangui and it said "This Item is not a Valid Target".</p>
I am going to try to let a higher level toon (71 Mage) try to apply it and update this post. If that doesn't work, I will try getting an enchanter to enchant it directly. </p>
PS. Yes, I realize there is a +10 stats, but I can overwrite it later.</p>
Update: Same message when Enchanter tried to apply.</p>
