10v10 AP

I know this was supposed to happen a while ago but stopped because of bitching over the rules and everything. I'd still really wanna get it going again because I feel like it could be great for the community and activity. Might also motivate some people to gear up their toons. Right now I just need somebody to step up on horde side. Ima start compiling a list of people interested here and whoever steps up on horde side can pick his team from there. The only requirement I'm making for people to be eligible is that you are willing to get in vent. I don't care if you don't have a mic but you need to be able to follow directions or else it just ends up being frustrating for the rest of your team. So for now if you meet that requirement post your toon name, faction, and preferably a link to the armory. Please remember this isn't about some faction rivalry and whoever loses is bad. Just trying to get some activity for the bracket as a whole. Whoever decides to take the reigns on horde side can work out the rules with me whenever. Please keep any bitching and whining that may be going on out of this thread.

Nope fuck it. You know why? I'm tired of how strong Alliance is compared to Horde. We just lost a 10 man because the Alliance team was SEVEN hunters, 2 24s and a holy paladin. This is getting ridiculous. Does Alliance have anything that's not a holy paladin, hunter, rogue or feral druid?

If it were a 10v10, there wouldnt be any 24s, and it would be a good group, with strategy, not 100% hunters.
 
Just make it max 2x or 3x class.
 
shouting out your name first come first serve isnt a good way to start a premade, discussing among f2p would be the best way
 
just make it no hunters period, problem solved. there is no reason for us to allow hunters to participate. i have never once had a more fun game experience at 20 due to the presence of hunters, and i never will

Not true, limiting it to 2 per class should be good, hunters have utility that's pretty essential in a premade and should be limited but not removed.
 
no, hunters have no "utility" in this bracket other than "being good at making pvp not fun". i play this game to have fun in my spare time. the two things are completely incompatible



sorry, but anyone who claims that hunters have ever once, even a single time, made this bracket more fun for them is a complete liar

Sorry when did I say they made it more fun? And yeah, they can make it more fun, when there's only one or two of them on each side. Same with 19s. For the most part, and especially in PuGs, I agree. I've had a 3 hour WSG back in 3.0.2 that only lasted that long because neither side had any hunters. But in premades? Nope, they're useful and should be included.

Oh right, they chose to roll classes other than hunters and coincidentally PuGd together. So sad.
