Well, if you trinket sap, S-key, or keyboard turn then 24s is perfect cause you should be able to beat on the 20s pretty well still. (Seen a lot of 24s who do yet can still thrive in the bracket), or attempt to help the revival of a bracket-something way more meaningful imo.

Trinketing sap in the 20-24 bracket is viable in certain situations, only 1 in 50 rogues will re-sap.

i do it sometimes even if i know they will resap. it's good for flag carrying when you need to go somewhere and can't sit around for an extra 8 seconds
