Yep, that's right. Blizz jacked this up and what makes it worse, the GMs won't re enchant items. What am I talking about? The healing enchant. This enchant used to give +24 Healing and +6 Spell Damage. After the patch, it's now +15 Spell Power. Well, it's supposed to be. If you already have the enchant on your bracers, you have +13 Spell Power. Why? No clue. If you get the item re enchanted, it will become +15 Spell Power. Why can't the GM just over write the enchant to fix us up? They hate us? Anyhow, I am in the process of getting all my locks bracers redone. Problem is, it's a mildly rare enchant and it's expensive.</p>
