I feel very strongly about stopping SOPA. I have called and written letter/emails to many representatives in my local and state government, but to no avail. Luckily, the bill got pushed back to after the new year, but I was very scared on the day it was to be decided on.



(Also, thanks for making a topic I am interested in. I just joined and need to get to 5 posts so I can get some help with my 70 twink on here.)

The internet is not owned by America. Our elected officials have stopped working for the people. They are afraid because the internet exposes their secrets. Not to mention the amount of contributions big companies will donate to campaign funds once SOPA passes.

There's a story about feeding wild hogs that really rings hard with SOPA and other bills like it.



If you put out feed, hogs will come and eat. Once you get them hooked you drop one side of a fence. They'll be skiddish at first, but as long as you keep feeding them, they'll keep coming around. When they're back, they'll eat some more and you drop another part of the fence. Just keep it up until you have them used to coming around and feeding then drop the fourth and final part of the fence and you have them pinned in and controlled.
