Pve, use preened.

Pvp use lasting feral heart. crit > agi in this case. plus you want intellect for switching forms and healing, as you'll be doing this a fair bit in both situatsions

1. i just bout some lasting felheart ones on my druid but i seem 2 be doing alot worse
