The healer just needs to be smart enough to ignore the DPS who stand in everything / can't be bothered to interrupt anything (assuming the tank isn't doing the same). Godfrey does so little damage outside of his specials (all of which are trivial to avoid), that it doesn't take much of a healer to get through the fight, provided the rest of the group have a clue (or idiot DPS have got themselves killed).
