Have We Met? Hyjal Achievement

I'm not sure I understand how this works. Do you summon it with your 85 and then /wave it with your lowbie? Or do you plan on camping the area for a few days? I know you can't get the NPC without being 85, but as a 20 you shouldn't need a phasing to see the mobs.
 
The way it works is that the NPCs are with any 85 on the daily quest as long as the 85 is in Sethria's Roost. Once you leave that area the NPCs despawn. What I want to know is where can I see the NPCs, and so target and /wave at them, where the 20 and 85 are in the same phase. I know there's a spot, or was, and I know there was a thread describing it in detail, but my search didn't come up with anything.
 
Wait, you can do the cat quest if this works?
 
No, it's just for the achievement. Only 85s can do the quest. Here's an armory to a 19 with it, so it is or was possible. http://eu.battle.net...#96:15070:a5865 I just can't find the thread where it was described. I remember reading someone paid people on the quest to drag the NPCs to this point so he could /wave at them.

Edit2: Okay, that thread above is absolutely worthless. The description is terrible. For those that care, what I did was put my 20 in the zone "Mount Hyjal" rather than "Sethria's Roost" or any other phased zone and just fly the NPCs to the 20. Before they despawn they say their goodbyes and you'll have plenty of time to target and wave at them, and get credit for the achievement. You do not need to be in Sethria's Roost to get credit.
