I usually just wait and pick them up off the auction house, I have like 3 pairs sitting in a gbank and theres usually a couple pairs on the ah every week for 50-500g.

Id suggest you farming chests in lvl 20-30 zones.

Just had a look on all Oceanic realm characters, I have 2 pairs on Dath'Remar Alliance and 3 pairs on Nagrand Horde

my friend got 2 thorbias on wetlands normal w drops..

or just buy for 2k

Dragonmaw Centurions in wetlands seem to have the best droprate (some mobs have more but not that easily farmable since they're single mobs/elite).

Oh and the droprate is 0.07% according to wowhead. Wouldn't farm for them though, I see them quite often on ah and usually for 50-100g a pair.
