it is evident warriors are good FC's if you watch WT roll their mini-mades or watch their videos
one would think that h-pal/priest would be unkillable compared to a war/priest, even with saps, stuns, and CC's it seems from what i have been seeing lately war/priest FC combo's are out doing many others. many guilds are crutching on h-pal/healer combos, many times they rage/afk out and blame others
yesterday in a total pug game brown (war) with one healer outlasted a h-pal with 2 healers for the win. horde had alliance team out healed/DPS'd/killed
as for war races, for FC, gnome and BE are best imo. with the hi amount of arcane burst in the bracket from hunters, mages, and bal druids.
wear a keeshan's bandana into a BG and watch your combat log when it comes to arcane damage. like you were hit with 430 arcane barrage crit (113 resisted), you see it on moonfire ticks, arcane shots etc. if you did this, you would realize that having a extra 12 stam AGM as a HU, or 5% extra stam on base stam (armor stats and enchants are no longer included) of a TAU is pisswater in the bracket.
depending on play style worgen and goblin mobility imo, make them more viable than HU and TAU
