Any older players out there?

I'm new to WOW, and looking for an opportunity to socialize with the more ahem...mature players out there on Aerie Peak. I love PVP but need help in getting better. Are there times/locations to meet and chat?

give us some perspective. what's "older" to you?

Age isn't necessarily a factor when it comes to maturity level, although in most cases it definitely contributes.

m'eh. the problem with that is everyone thinks they're more mature than what general consensus would probably say.

i'd guess i'm probably one of the older people on this forum at 38, but i'm not on AP.

Guess I'm not everyone cause I know I make some immature jokes and comments

Let me clarify - It would be nice if there were other moms out there, but don't want to limit it by age necessarily. I play a rogue, and need a mentor, basically. I can finish dungeons, but when it comes to WSG, I'm usually towards the bottom third, and the most kills I've had is 6.

One those sugared up autistic freaks just told me that hunters were a melee class. Also melee apparently dominate damage boards and priests are the worst healer (due to not being able to deal with all those melee hunters).

You could maybe try the 15-19 forums for a Rogue guide, or the Twink Guide Section. Gearing may be different, but play style is about the same.

Or maybe you could have one of your kids teach you!

As for learning to play rogue I've helped a few people improve they're skills with that class, and I'm on almost all the time bored out of my mind

I'd be willing to lend a hand.

If the fact that I don't actually play a rogue bothers you I know several good ones both alliance and horde that can help you out with learning (2 of which I taught)

As far as forum advice you should learn what all your powers do and duel people so you can practice the opportune time to use each and every one

Good luck!

Danceparty(subvader) would be the Guy you want to tLk to on learning how to play a rogue. He far surpasses anyone in this bracket currently. As far as maturity goes, it lacks, but that's everywhere. Although this is one of the "better" brackets.
