Alliance Twink Xfer: Bleeding Hollow or Elune?

I have been looking into Xfering to a more populated twink server and i would just like to know which has a more active Twink population and the healthiest.... Ex. Wont bomb with twinking like Durotan. Much thanks for your guys's info.
