[EU] any way to unban a very old 19 sergeant rogue?

I'd like to attempt geting back this very old school rogue with that fancy sergeant title, theres also a 19 corporal druid with nax shoulder ench etc and even a 60 warr with 2 or 3 T3 pieces. thing is i cant remember the registered mail, i ve my real name registered on the acc tho as im the only owner.



just cant figure out how to do it, what to say. i know some of u are experts at this, so i thought id ask for advice here. sorry if its the wrong forum BTW.

have you tried ringing blizz on there customer support number and see what can do? i think ringing them may yield better results than speaking to several gms about the issue.

i got a permanent ban in the early tbc, in cata i made a ticket about account revival and i just answered a few questions regarding the account and BAM, i got my account back in one piece

The questions was much about my personal information, like: email, where i live, name, cd key (optional) and sq.

Calling Blizz is your best option ive called blizzard on several times and they have always resolved my issue straight away.
