Hey guys, I wish I would have known about these new twinks when they first came out. Anyways, do F2P twinks get put in the same bracket as the people who do not have their exp locked?

Nice, and how are people affording enchants such as +15 agil for daggers? And can F2P accounts use mounts/Transmogrify?

They get mounts.

F2p don't get them enchants, have to make their own with a professions cap at lvl 100.
