Mogging bug making item appearances Grandfathered get it while it's hot

    • With the new mogging bug not stripping gear looks through the mail currently active and I'm sure will be patched, you may want to get in on that.



    Step 1 - Mail BoA's to main



    Step 2 - Equip BoA



    Step 3 - go to the transmogger and mog said BoA to [Insert super kool piece of gear here]



    Step 4 - Mail BoA back to twink



    There seems to be a little bit of a problem with the helm some people are reporting so be careful there is a 375g fee. I promise you it works but it may take a few tries to get them successfully transmogged be patient.

    and for fucks sake I was letting people know that you can mog gear right now that will probably be grandfathered in the future, I don't care about you not wanting to see kids running around in 85 gear.

    I'll let this one ride unless someone else cares to explain, though I do like Frantic's change from a "fuck you" standpoint to a "I was just trying to help". Guess I'll start dropping that bomb more often.

    on, with the slight difference in off pieces there isn't much of a difference between our gear and there's,



    In reality Boa's look like shit so be my guest Justice league, strap on your over rated super cool looking boa's for life

    while we change it up for the time being.

    But for people who are wondering about the bug, right now there is a bug letting you turn your BOA's to anything you want right now meaning you can turn your boa to t1-12, pvp gear, whatever gear you have access to and it's staying through the mail. I'm sure this bug will be fixed and the gear that you have changed will have a Grandfathered look. I know how much you kids love that.

    The only thing I don't get is why it would become GF'd, I see no point for Blizzard not to change our gear back..
     
    I highly highly doubt itll be GF'd
     
    Blizzard has a track record of letting people keep gear after a bug on their part, I'm not saying 100% it will be grandfathered but once it is hotfixed and if you do get to keep the look why not do it.



    How would they distinguish what gear has been sent through the mail and successfully mogged I forsee them patching it and saying "oops keep the gear we fixed the problem wont happen again" type of deal
