Note this is for a rogue that will have only classic enchants, cheap shot spec & I wont use ambush .. if that makes any difference?

Classic gear, classic enchants all still available rogue. Not sure if its complete BiS but I through it together and it seems like close to it to me.

Update : Ill be going with PvP trinket instead of Jom Gabbar & BWL-Dagger for offhand instead of Thunderfury

I use wound & Crippling .... u gotta suck to not use that in PvP

Get both trinkets. While your PvP trinket is on cooldown, you can equip the Jom Gabbar for a nice dps increase.
U dont need wound & crippling in 60, depending on ur specc, since im sub (not ambush) i prefer deadly and instant. just garrote, rupture, hemo, hope for as many deadly and instant proccs as possible, then u can just leave that target to die if it has under 7k health and cant heal. if it can heal or has more health its just vanish cheapshot evis done.
