I saw this and sorta interested me on whether or not it would be lvl 1 twink BiS shield?

definitely an interesting option... would require a higher level grouped up killing the required mobs since its BoP. also a fairly shitty drop chance - that's just what i noticed though, maybe some1 else can give a better idea on whether or not its good @ level 1
 
This has been BiS since 4.0.6 ... around february of this year?



Not a new find, but worth a repost for new pally/warrior/shaman twinks. Drop doesn't seem to be as bad as wowhead says ... I got mine in about 15 min and I think a lot of guys reported getting it 'fairly' quickly when it came out

yep i took 5 seconds to read the wowhead comments after making my initial post and noticed all this

I LOVE the fact that it's BoP ... it means you worked for it ... that means you have a memory associated with your twink rather than just buying it off the AH ... that's me though

I agree man, convincing the younger brother to log his 85lock with MecHog/RaF Rocket to do some westfall grinding was one on those unique moments.



As was stealthing on the lv1 and taking the arena chest spawn like a ninja from the far west whilst 80s fought it out. And running though stv on a lvl10 pally outhealing 5 40+ mobs on me(4.0, protector of the innocent talent lul). Venturing from starter zone to arena on a lv1 (154863 Deaths). Getting LFH, Getting Dread Pirate Ring, both while playing a 19. Beating a lv34 BoA geared druid on a lv1 rogue while buffed to the teeth. Killing Threggil for Keen Machetes. Finding Cadet's Bow/Simple Dagger/Worn Leather Gloves on AH for sub 1g. Countless grinds for furbolg pouch. World PvPing against players whose level you dont know due to skull. Being called a hack. Obtaining massive HP on lv1s. Using well fed and ZG buff on twinks pre 4.0. LF that engineer with Voice Amplification Modulator, that chanter with +4stats, that BS with greater rune of warding. Keeping over 9000 hats to use to assure your looking awesome. And looking forward to every festival to buff up crazy amounts.



Man, looking at that list, so much has been nerfed over time. But yeah I know what Chub's is saying, play for the moments. :)

you can easily kill those mobs yourself. at least, i can, and i dont have a single AGM.

Just kill the gnolls at sentinel they just respawn in 3 seconds have a 85 AoE and you got a shield or 3 in 5 minutes
