Has skins for every wearable item in the game, in a neat scrollable preview menu.



LEVEL FILTERS. Faction filters. All sorts of filters.



You can also group searches by gear that has the most of a chosen color.



Pretty epic using it right now and it is very very very useful for finding just the right piece of gear.



Edit: The chat link button on the preview pane lets you make an addon specific link that others with the addon can click on to load a full set of gear

Also a disable-able feature automatically shows a 3D roatating preview of your character wearing mouse overed items when inspecting other toons.



May not be useful now but helpful to see what the piece of gear actually looks like once transmoging is available
 
what is the cost of transmog isn't it expensive.

Do think the cost scales with level and for my 85 its like 20g for one item.



As far as your second query I'm not sure.



The reason being I have a level 1 mage friend on PTR who mogged his heirlooms into T12 raid gear.



Yes a level one mage in full Firehawk Set... It was epic lol



How ever since a level one mage cannot where T12 gear this seems to hold true that you may NOT have to be able to equip the gear you wish to mog.

I have a lvl 10 and lvl 85 chars on ptr. As for the "able to equip both" it means you can not transmog with a lvl 20 your bracers using the skin of lvl 24 boe bracers that you have in your bag. And it is 1 gold per item for my 85 atm. So f2pers are limited to the items they can actually wear.

think that was confirmed already in a blue post, they didnt say anything about the price yet
