although it is frowned upon you can obtain the burning crusade gear which gives gem slots, but in terms of OP if you stack full resilience apparently you can get around 40%. you'll have a lot more fun playing in classic gear i assume

well there are many people who've kept their 60's since vanilla wow and they dislike people using BC gear and 64's in the bracket as it kinda defeats the purpose of playing a classicly geared character against another of the same quality.

OP, go engineering for some nice goggles, and u can get some BC Wolk chants too. unless u prefer classic only, there isnt as much stuff u can do there.

Welcome to the 60 bracket! Frost mages, pallys, rogues seem to be the most played classes at the moment. Unless you're dying to play one of them I suggest rolling another class. Healers always welcome
Many of us old time 60s roll around in classic gear at times; hardly anyone sticks to classic enchants. Gems help alot in pvp so do what ever you'd like. I suggest gearing up a little bit before entering BGs as people tend to look down upon full R14 geared players as the normally don't contribute much.
As far as the 60v64 dispute goes, most of the 64 hate has died to down as of recently as the bottom line and concern of most of the brackets veterans is just wanting to get constant games again. Although you may still find players complaining about 64s.
Bottom Line: Roll whatever you'd like, gear up, and hope to see you in the BGs

Now there are some Players who are full Vanila Some who are Full Tbc gear, but then you get people like this

If you want raiding then id say going Ahn qiraj and joining Only Hardmode would be a nice idea
