I've made a few wanna-be twinks, but never any thing full BiS and I'm wanting to stick to low level brackets they appeal to me for some reason. I'm just wanting to know what the most popular battle groups are and what realms i should roll on that have the most activity. If I'm in the wrong section apologies.

well if you're planning on joining the 10-14 community then the realm with the most active twinks on either faction is Medivh. the battlegroups are now merged for queuing so this is not an issue. for any advice on gear / classes / race just check out some of the guilds and chardevs in this section. welcome to Twinkinfo.com

Yeah from the looks of the guilds it looked like Medivh was the most populated.
