I honestly wouldn't put arcane mage behind frost mage for sure and probably disc priest too for damage. Frost mages are mainly played for CC and disc priest don't have the damage boost that spriests get

obviously the numbers are subject to alot of meddling. for instance, a troll frost mage will outdps an arcane mage anyday. obviously, you should play your frost mage towards crowd controlling, but if you do decide to focus on dmg, you can take on arcane mages and win. and, shadow priests does as much damage as hunters in this bracket, if played to their true potential. disc/shadow is the best class in the bracket atm.
