Any suggestions to make me better?

Proffession wise, Herb/Skin?

Glad to see the bracket getting more activity, welcome!

The best legs would be unbound leggings (1 stam, 1 int, 1 crit) due to crit scaling amazingly well.

Use +9 stamina enchant to bracers imo.

Get inherited insignia of the alliance and pvp shoulders, resilience is probably the best stat here.

Arena grand master.

Get the 3 stam 3 crit 3 agi boots from a long quest chain in darkshore, and put minor speed on them.

Enchant cloak - stealth (8 agi 8 dodge) to get some avoidance.

Cloth boa helm. The haste given from this is better than the armor and extra spirit.

Kessel's Kinch Wrap for belt (2 stam 2 int)

2x The 1 ring, or slayer's/invoker's band if you're planning on going horde.

Personally, I would use a shield and mh myself. If you can find a "of blocking" shield, definately use it.

For gloves, I would suggest fine leather gloves (3 stam, 2 int)

The best professions would indeed be herbalism and skinning.

When you level herbalism, take this route; 1-75 in elwynn forest, 75-150 in hillsbrad, 150-225 around the lake in western plaguelands.

The only neck thats useful in level 10 is voice amplificator modulator. It can be crafted by engineers, but it's not a too big deal if you're not bothering with it since it's only reducing interrupt/silence duration with 10%.

Good luck!

Looks quite alright, but not perfect.

Made a few justifications, nothing huge just changing cloth to leather gear.

About the chest enchant, it's really up to you. I would probably prefer the health over the intellect, since you dont gain a lot from spellpower.

With this build, you have a solid 1k hp, 23% resil, 45% avoidance, 45% crit and should have a bit more crit than the chardev is showing due to chardevs skinning being bugged and can only go up to 150.

bard's bracers of eagle offer more Armour, i would use the 2h BoA mace which grants 2haste 2crit with 20haste over the 1h mace and board combo, unless you're being focused by melee in which case have a macro for weapon swapping.

welcome to the community <3

nice gears for a toon 1 day old

i woud use the 2 hand mace cuz to my opinion haste is the way to go for resto shammy. if you want more spell power use the chant on your bracer. Int enchant is good but you will never be oom ( only vs other shammy in duel).

i hope to see ya in wsg soon
<

P.S to me healer dont absolutly need an agm, you can be really decent with 2 haste trinket. You will miss agm only in wargames or wsg.

I just don't think haste is too good on a rshaman, since it doesn't affect earthshield like sp and crit does.

The most important thing is to keep your health pool quite high, to avoid getting wrecked in a counterspell.

Also, obviously a blocking shield is quite worthless if you're facing casters, here is when you should swap to your haste weapon and greater resistance enchant to cape.

Some tips for resto shaman;

Always keep earthshield up on you with at least 3 stacks of it against interrupters, so you don't get interrupted without gaining heals from it.

Bandage as often as you can if you know you can get at least one tick off, but against interrupters, only do it if you get locked out on healing spells so you can keep yourself up.

Always move when casting instants to place yourself correctly and make your melee opponent lose some ToT.

When facing ferals, use stoneform on their first rake before it ticks to avoid taking a lot of damage. Against hunters with serpent sting it's not a biggie, you'd rather keep it in case you're taking heavy damage (after a scatter/bm stun for example).
