chÃll Legend Nov 13, 2011 #11 personal preff: get the GSOJ. because the ress/stam is great for supporting your fc, and if you're on a D, the loss of dps is made up for by the amount of times that little resi/health will save your ass..

Click to expand... you also get spell crit from 22 int, making it in effect, the best for frost. (you basically rely on 600'ish derpbolt crits, to but things down..)
