Twinks in the XP - ON Bracket (Question)

They are twinking while leveling.
 
There's acutally a way to get into XP-on bgs without gaining any experience but still having your XP-off, but I won't go further into details because I don't bother explaining how

at any rate; Leveling Twinks use to be quite popular if you have the gold to spend. An alternative solution is picking up the flag and not letting your team cap. I don't recommend the second one, its considered greifing.
 
most boas take decent enchants , and most lvling toons with full boas will functionally be twinks compared to non or quest geared toons.
 
Yeah. For example. Take a warrior or hunter. Give them the BoA chest/shoulder/helm/cape/wep/trinkets.

Compared to a quest geared player or player in non boa gear. They're sitting at 1000 hp when a regular player might be at 300-400. It makes them as if they were a twink just by their boa items.
 
druid grab the flag at the start pass it to a holy paladin dont cap the flag and just mid-gank or w/e then leave 1 min before the end = 0 xp this is a kind of obvious one but it doesnt always work and i wouldnt recommend it
 
i dunno but don't talk about it because it can now get you banned from the twinkinfo forums as it counts as extreme exploiting.

there is also a other method were you grab the flag whilst the EFC is alive stand on the cap point and then if the EFC dies it doesnt matter and will not take the cap as you have to go outside the cap area and return to cap it so you can just "omg its not letting me cap" whilst every1 farms (i dont do this btw its just what ive heard from a lvl 10 twink and noticed with the flag cap point) but it doesnt always work and i wouldnt recommend it

Is that a bug or a "working as intended" mechanic? always wondered why i couldn't cap when efc died, whilst i was on cap
 
I'm pretty sure those people twink while they level, which can get annoying, but oh well.



It's fine to talk about the matter of twinking in exp-on battlegrounds but there is a fine line between doing that and promoting it.



CoC states you cannot:

Promote abuse of ingame mechanics to allow a player to play in unlocked experience battlegrounds with the intent of not gaining experience. This includes holding a WSG flag in an unlocked experience battleground with no intention of capping and then leaving before the time limit

i dont think this is a bug because its been there since atleast BC either that or blizz are just too lazy to fix it but that cant be true....
