Mainhand; Hand of the deceiver, 26 Agility enchant, 2 Delicate cardinal rubies.
Offhand; Blade of the Unrequited, 26 Agility enchant, 3 Delicate cardinal rubies.
Ranged; I honestly cant *exactly* remember how Golden bow quel'thalas and Thori'dal compare, But if memory serves, Thori'dal is slightly better. Heartseeker scope (40 Crit).

Hold on, what you gave him there is a hemo spec bis perhaps, but i would not define hemo being top against backstab, not till hemo buff in 4.3 at least.
And as ranged the 2 socket gun is best in slot.

Was under the impression he/she wanted the BiS pve weapons for a hunter, not a rogue.
