War FC v.s. Druid FC next patch

Which do you think will be more viable? Granted the 10% armor increase will be awesome, but as a prot war in defensive stance I'm still rocking roughly 60% damage reduction, which seems pretty ridiculous. So will druids honestly be that much better, and go back to the ol' days of Druids holding down the FC slot?

Oh did all your credits transfer through the nationwide statewide law?

Depends on the situation. Druid will be superior without any other healers on D because of their ability to heal. but since druids can't cast heals, roots, thorns and such while in bearform, the armor increase will not be that great. I made a calculation and found out my druid will have about 48% damage reduction in bearform next patch, while warriors have a lot more and also quite a lot more avoidance.

Warrior > Druid in premades when you know you'll be having healers on D.

Druid > Warrior in pugs when you do not have healers on D.

Also, it's going up from 65% to 120% armor in bear, and 10% to 20% in stamina in bear.

nice, thanks for the info.

druids will, in 80% of the cases be better. you have increased runspeed, better mitigation than last patch (this one), and healing. warriors have 0 chance of outrunning anything, poor-at-best healing, and it simply isn't worth it, unless you have a healer with you. but yh, i digress, warriors > druids after debuff, and if you are playing against alot of stealth classes. (I.E. no chance of a kiting D)

The 55 percent increase to armor and 10 percent increase to Stamina definitely makes it close. It really depends how you go about gearing/specing your druid... if done properly you can actually have a stupid amount of mitigation/dodge/resilience. BiS Druids will also have about 100 more health than a BiS Warrior come 4.3.

Only time will tell.

We'll be doing some comparisons once 4.3 goes live.

With the 2 stealthies per team limit most guilds run for premades I see warriors reigning supreme for quite some time.

wouldnt shock me if exceptions were made for mandatory fc's

there is no rhyme or reason for including bear fc's in that rule

why not they can stealth into the base and grab flag silly goose

whole point of 2 stealth rule is to prevent ganking of efc in the absence of flares

this is unrelated

Feral FC, have him help gank EFC before making the pass to him.

You could apply the same logic to excluding paladin FCs on the "no more than 2 of a class" rule. Exceptions can be made since rules are left up to the guilds in question obviously.
