Considering a Feral Druid

Ferals are a very strong dps imo - easier to gear than a rogue since no sfs - but slower stealth no sap and no SS - but you have roots and infected wounds while rogues only have waylay
I don't play either atm so I can't give you the best description but form a priest PoV rogues are probably more annoying (the good ones atleast like Slyder or Ko). I hear they're tons of fun to play too
Though the hardest hitting druid in the gulch lately -imo- is Hotbot(#1boomkin) he hits likes a truck

Hotbot is very skilled Druid, but this topic says "feral Druid".. Hotbot is currently not feral.
Compared to a rogue a Druid does lower burst dmg. Does have a slower stealth, no sap, and no shadow step (eventually shadow step will be gone if you're looking at long term). But as a Tauren Druid you get an extra stun in war stomp. Which I personally use very often. I also use bombs to stun. Which are really the only 2 interupts a 19 Druid can get. But as long as you keep mangle and rake up on your target, you will do significant amounts of dmg. Along with your finishing move when it crits (I've crit for over 1000 with it several times). I've also played a rogue recently. With 1SF. And just didn't enjoy it. Wasn't my cup of tea. But my personal suggestion is go for it. We could use some more ferals in the bracket. (at least we could use some that are worth a damn). Good luck with your decision. Hope to see you in the gultch soon!

Also lacks the utility of Sap - which arguably - is one of the most powerful abilities in the bracket.
Great dmg, 30% boost, decent heals, 4 buttons to press

From my feral experience, the damage is good although your survivability goes down the drain a bit since your heals are as weak as piss
The upside to them is a efc with debuffs is going to get raped since you have some of the best tot/finisher in the game, if you have a healbot then ferals are godlike, especially since you can also move 20% faster indoors
Scaling them to rogues, rogues have alot more cc and white hit burst, not to mention sprint
Give feral a go, you won't be disappointed, I don't play it personally since my austaralian lag doesn't let me play it to its full potential, so I just sit back as boomkin ad shoot dem lazorZ

Go for it man, i have been dabbling in many kinds of classes for twinks since i first started 2 years ago and feral druid have sparked a huge interest for me, i can easily dispatch almost every class and they hit like trucks, also one of the only classes hunters have a hard time kiting for this lvl bracket. =)
