Tazik Shock at 70 still?

Is tazik shock still possible to randomly learn at 70? I learned synapse at level 446, but I have used over 200 volatile airs to make Electrified Ethers and still no shocker.

You can only learn 1 tinker of the 8 at level 70, unless gnome, in which case you can learn 3, as you have stated you have synapse - and if you have had no others i presume you're not a gnome either, so to get it, you'll have to re-level engineering all together.

Pretty much why I have not leveling engineering on my 70s yet.



Sure, the tinkers can be useful, but there is too much chance that you'll get something you don't want. Some people are going to disagree with this and say 'nuh uh, it's BiS, it's ALWAYS worth it.' Because wow doesn't account for previous attempts on something (it uses a random number generator), there is a chance that you level engineering 8 times and do not see what you really want.



On top of that, there's a chance that the tinkers will be looked at heavily in the near future and people who spent all that time to get something will be SoL. I'd rather just make up for not having the cool gadgets by playing better.

good chance will be grandfatherd and while tazik (may) become scaled with level nothing has been said about springs (mate lvld engi 15 times on hunter for springs or tazik and got neither and gave up lol)

i know you can only get 1 tinker at 70, and the only way to get more is to relevel or swap to gnome, but some people have been saying that gm's have said that you can get more than 1 tinker at 70, why?
