It completely depending on what weapons you have avaible to you.

I dont understand what having protection as off spec minds tough, as both talents you mentioned are fury.

There is a very good sticky at the top of this section, both Player vs. Environment and Player vs. Player, with the list of what is ment to be Best in Slot, you might want to check it out.

My personal oppinion is to roll arms rather than fury, from my experience, it works better.

This is somewhat true, I have 2x Apoly on my Warrior and it's a bit iffy... I've lost to a SMF fury Warrior whilst using TG lol... rely way to much on RNG - Go Arms

Torch in main hand should work better than Apolyon.
