Others will know more than me, but Meadow Rings of Eluding aren't what they used to be - and then some.
My rogue has like 102% dodge with Evasion anyway. Sure, more dodge when Evasion is on cooldown, I know.
But, these rings were nerfed majorly during late Wrath when they were changed from a dodge percentage to dodge rating. Before that, level 1 twinks were un-hittable in some cases, I've heard.
As it is, I think these are really only good for "style points". Or, on a level 1, 10, or other sub-19 twink (for those that like to sacrifice a little bit of primary stats and 1 talent point for better scaling of secondary stats). If your rings are soulbound, they may be worth keeping for the rare case where you see a war bearing down on you for a 1v1 encounter, if you have a little gear-swap macro.
